Enjoying some of my American Belgium IPA Homebrew.  Basically a Belgium IPA that I dry hopped with Amarillo hops. So good!

New Belgium Tripple with coriander. Pretty good straight forward Belgium wit type beer. Inspiration for my next homebrew.

Below are pics from my amazing birthday trip to Stone Brewery in Escondido! My lady hooked it up!

Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye Ale. Shit this is good! Nice strong hop taste that is perfect for a hop head like me.

Stone Brewery 14 Anniversary Imperial IPA. I was so excited to find this at Whole Foods. Very clean mild IPA.

I have seen recipes online for Vodka Infused with Hops, but there was no real definitive. So, I have decided to adventure into this unknown territory myself.

Here is my recipe:

1 Bottle of Vodka (800 mls – pretty much a 5th)
1.5 oz of Hops (I used Amarillo hops)
A couple of days!

That’s it folks. Of course I have not tried the finished product, but I look forward to trying my vodka infused with hops with my bloody marys, dirty martinis, and maybe even in a vodka tonic!

I will make sure to update the post once I have tried it (hopefully on 4th of july!)
